Viewings & Collections
 

By purchasing or committing to buy our items, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Viewing Recommended:  As most of our items are antique, vintage or second hand, we highly advise inspecting them in person prior to purchase. Although we detail significant flaws in both descriptions and photographs, personal viewing is recommended, as what might be insignificant to us could be of concern to you.

No Returns or Refunds:  Purchases made without in-person viewing are done at your own risk. We strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Securing Items:  A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per item is required to secure your purchase(s). This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the item(s). Please contact us for payment options. 

Payment and Collection: Items must be paid for in full and collected within 1 month. If a deposit only has been paid and the item isn’t collected after one month, the sale will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. 

Extended Holding Period:  Should you require us to hold an item for more than one month, the item(s) must be paid for in full. Additionally, a storage fee of £10 per item, per week, will be required to cover the costs of storage until the item(s) are collected. Please be aware that these storage fees are additional and will not be deducted from the total cost of the item(s).

Non-Collected Items:  If items are not collected within 3 months of full payment purchase and no additional weekly storage payments have been received, the sale will be cancelled, and the item will be relisted. The full payment will not be refunded.

Courier Collection information:  Please note that we do not provide posting or packaging services for items. If you plan to arrange a courier, kindly ensure that the items are well-protected. We recommend checking the courier's insurance coverage and customer reviews for added assurance.

Weekday collections must occur between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM only. Any collections attempted outside these hours will need to be rescheduled. On weekends, access is limited up to 12:00 PM.

We require 24 hours' advance notice for scheduling, and an additional 1-hour notice on the day of collection to allow sufficient time for us to travel to the unit. 

Liability:  Once goods are collected from us, we accept no liability. If you use a courier, please check their insurance and reviews. 

Payment Options:  Cash or bank transfer. We do not accept cheques, digital cheques, credit or debit cards.  

Viewings by Appointment:  Viewings and collections are by appointment only. Should you wish to schedule a viewing or collection, please contact us. Be advised that our availability is from 10am to 2pm on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, our availability extends only until midday.
